This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

Giardia lamblia, a human parasite of the gastrointestinal tract, coloured scanning electron micrograph (SEM). The organism is spread by direct contact or through contaminated food and water. Giardia spp. are pear-shaped, with hair-like flagella for motility. They cause the disease giardiasis (or lambliasis), an infection of the small intestine most common in tropical areas. Giardia spp. attaches by means of sucking discs to microvilli in the human intestine. Abdominal cramps, swelling, diarrhoea and nausea may occur. Magnification: x1,200 when shortest axis printed at 25 millimetres.
